Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Support the Counsellor to deliver group mental health and addiction programming as well as crisis support for participants of IMHAP
- Collaborate with the Counsellor to develop client-centered, trauma-informed safety and wellness plans, and harm reduction plans
- Identify and address barriers to group programming to improve participant understanding and engagement
- Ensure that group programming materials and craft supplies are readily available and accessible to each participant
- Promote life-skill development to foster healing, wholistic wellness, and recovery and to enhance participant safety
- Complete administrative duties and documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Counsellor and/or designate
