Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
We are currently looking for an individual to run a forwarder as part of our harvesting operations.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Assess site and terrain before operations
- Operate heavy equipment to transport trees from logging areas to landing in mountainous terrain
- Assist co-workers as required
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Hard Working
- Physically Able to Complete Tasks Associated with the Role
- Willingness to Learn
- Experience with Heavy Equipment an Asset
- Ability to work long shifts
