Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
The Marine Lending Specialist acts as liaison between financial institutions and our customers to ensure that they get the best possible lending agreement for their purchase. The highest of ethical standards must be upheld and all required documentation needed for each deal must be completed correctly. Commissions are earned through the sale of warranties, insurances and other products that serve and protect the client.
• Smoothly guide customers through their financing journey, effectively explaining all their options including after-market add-ons
• Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and programs
• Process finance agreements with a strong attention to detail in a timely manner
• Work closely with the sales team to support the closing of deals
• Maintain knowledge of all programs and extras offered

Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• College certificate or additional courses are an asset
• Accounting or related field background is preferred
• Sales experience is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
