Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
Youth will be required to spend time working on-site at our Kenora retail and refillery store engaging with customers, participating in daily store related duties and assisting with packaging and production tasks as needed to gain a full understanding of our business. Additionally, youth will be tasked with creating marketing and social media campaigns, building a photo/video library and planning special events.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Seeking a youth aged 18-29 for a unique job opportunity
- Ideal candidate will be skilled in social media usage & trends
- Experienced in and/or have a natural flair for photography
- Be familiar with creating and editing video reels and clips
- Be creative, self-motivated & comfortable engaging with people
As part of this 15-week placement, youth will be required to attend online training sessions with NWO Innovation Centre as well as an in-person expenses paid 3-day retreat in Quetico ON (all of which are included in the 35 hr/wk).
