LEAP staff are dedicated to providing professional, courteous and prompt service to our participants, employers, and community. We rely on your feedback. Based on your comments, LEAP staff are constantly revising and improving our services.

Do you have concerns or suggestions for how we can improve our services?
Your opinions are very important to us. Please provide your comments verbally to our Executive Director, a note for our suggestion box or you can write to our Executive Director. If possible, within two working days we will respond to any concerns or suggestions you have expressed (this gives us time to do our homework and find out what went wrong.)
