The Customer Service Representative has an important role within the World of Water organization
as the individual acts as the face of the company with our customer base. Since we are a customer-
centric organization, we rely on individuals to handle customer needs in an accurate and efficient
manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Wages: $17.50 per hour or more depending on experience

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Greet customers respectfully upon entry.
  • Answer customer inquiries and concerns respectfully, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Handle customer issues calmly and respectfully, maintaining brand image.
  • Gain basic knowledge of all products offered within the store (training provided).
  • Operate electronic Point of Sale system (computer cash register) and complete customer
  • transactions (training provided).
  • Become proficient in the point-of-sale system to ensure transaction accuracy, ensuring
  • charges are correct and payments are processed appropriately.
  • Always assist customers with carrying out items and loading them into vehicles properly.
  • To ensure all products in the storefront are consistently stocked and organized. This includes:

-Filters.

-Spa Products.

-Water jugs.

-Water accessories.

-All other stocked products.

  • Expected to maintain a positive image at the store front, wearing the required uniform.
  • Ensure the storefront remains clean and organized at all times.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a respectful manner, assisting the customer however possible.
  • Input customer deliveries accurately, and on the correct route with the POS System.
  • Report any problems with customers or equipment immediately.
  • Perform additional duties at the discretion of the supervisor. This includes:

-Water production.

-Ice production.

-Cleaning duties.

-Additional deliveries.

-Other general labor duties.
