Duties of this LEAP Job Posting: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable AZ or DZ Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring our construction projects remain on schedule.
- Operate AZ/DZ-class vehicles, including dump trucks and other heavy trucks, in a safe and professional manner.
- Load, transport, and unload materials to and from construction sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
- Assist with minor vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Valid AZ or DZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating commercial trucks (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction sites and material transportation is an asset.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to load/unload materials as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
