The Laboratory Services department is seeking individuals that are energetic, motivated and value contributing to a team environment. Detailed qualifications are listed under each of the below position links.
The Dr. Peter D. Pan Regional Laboratory at Lake of the Woods District Hospital (LWDH) provides support to physicians, midwives, nurse practitioners, and their patients. In partnership with Lifelabs, the laboratory provides testing services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to in-patients, registered out- patients and community patients in all laboratory disciplines: chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunohematology, surgical pathology and cytology. Two pathologists on staff provide lab directorship and referral services for surgical pathology to other hospitals in Northwestern Ontario
