Under the direction of the Director of Community Support Services, the non-union Client Services position will be based in Kenora and be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and client support of our Community Support Services: Meals and Wheels/Congregate Dining, Home Help/Maintenance, Supportive Housing, Transportation, Adult Day and Visiting Hospice Program in Kenora, Red Lake and Sioux Lookout.

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support all programs under the Community Support Services umbrella
- Schedule and coordinate Meals on Wheels/Congregate Dining and Home Help/Maintenance
- Answer general inquiries and prepare correspondence
- Verify and produce month-end billing for all programs and locations utilizing basic accounting
- Keep client files updated
- Connect clients and families to community partners based on their needs
- Volunteer recruitment
- Arrange and/or provide transportation to clients as required
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
The successful applicant will have experience working in an office setting and a demonstrated ability to show compassion, empathy, adaptability and patience. They will be organized, flexible with their time and have the ability to work with minimal supervision, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable and competent with learning new software. You must have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle. Community Support Services is a team-oriented organization that supports all programs under our umbrella and Client Services is an important part of that team.
The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years’ experience working in an administrative role and or a certificate/diploma or degree in Business Administration or applicable field. General knowledge of the healthcare landscape and how it affects seniors in our area would be an asset.
