Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Clean and prepare construction sites.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including worksite and equipment.
- Travel to multiple jobsites as required.
- Perform physical labor on construction sites as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction projects.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Be reliable, punctual, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a physical demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
