Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Provide customer support regarding products, services, policies and resolve complaints with minimal management assistance
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell customers to purchase more expensive items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more profitable sale
  • Demonstrate functional responsibilities of products, services, fittings, EPOS, MMS, Cycle counts, incoming orders, sales paperwork, cash control, government or funding programs, stocking and facing shelves as well as booking appointments
  • Articulate company rewards (PC Optimum) for any promotional events
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of customer needs/issues and industry trends
  • Participate on project teams, driving integrated services and case management
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with and provide seamless backup to more senior Customer Service Representatives
  • Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to adapt to various store needs
  • Proficient in basic PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based interfaces
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to embody and demonstrate CORE values, build authentic connections, and establish trust
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Basic knowledge and/or vendor training in the following areas is preferred:
    • Diagnostics and Therapy
    • Daily living supplies
    • Mobility
    • Supports and braces
    • Incontinence care
    • Sleep, CPAP, and respiratory care
    • Familiarity with customer relations management (CRM) systems.
    • Awareness of Health and Safety practices; First Aid certification is a bonus but not mandatory
    • Retail experience (0-2 years) is preferred
