Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare ice-cream products.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Participate in the production and preparation of novelty treat items (including but not limited to: Dilly Bars, Buster Bars, DQ Sandwiches, and cakes).
- Ensure all production tasks for the store are taken care of in a timely manner while safeguarding product quality, consistency, and food safety.
- Ensure the store is being run efficiently and effectively, with a high level of customer service being met.
- Ensure daily opening tasks are completed.
- Ensure production and service areas are clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety and food safety protocols.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Available to work day-shifts during (March – May and September).
- Have customer service and social skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well with others, a team player.
- Punctual and reliable.
