Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Work with affiliated partner to deliver goods and services.
- Properly and accurately conduct vehicle checks and walk arounds before departure and after arrival back to terminal.
- Provide a high standard of customer service.
- Communicate with management staff in day to day operations.
- Load and unload packages into truck.
- Efficiently sort packages into vehicle to provide easy access when delivering.
- Utilize GPS system to efficiently route deliveries.
- Undergo and complete qualification certifications as needed.
- Safety, honesty, integrity, accountability and reliability are top priorities.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- 1 year of verifiable job related driving experience in the last 3 years or 5 years of in the last 10 years.
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs.
- Knowledge of Kenora and surrounding areas addresses.
- Previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Canada Post is an asset.
