Aya Builders is looking for a reliable and motivated Driller Helper to join our team at our West Hawk Lake location. As a Driller Helper, you will assist our drillers with various tasks on-site, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the safe and efficient execution of drilling projects.

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Assist drillers with setting up and operating drilling equipment
- Maintain and organize drilling tools and equipment
- Ensure the safety of the worksite by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
- Help with the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Assist with site preparations and material handling
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the drilling team
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
- A boater’s license is an asset
- Own transportation needed to get to AYA yard – company vehicle provided to get to job site
- Dependable, reliable, hard worker and team player
- Previous experience in construction, labor, or related fields is an asset, but not required
