We are looking for a hard-working individual interested in the HVAC industry, specifically Geothermal Systems. The successful applicant will work on a wide range of equipment throughout the Kenora region. All applicants must be safety orientated and having a good understanding of aspects of the HVAC trade would be considered an asset

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Completing preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance duties
  • Installing Geothermal Loops
  • Installing Sheet Metal work
  • Communicating/co-ordinating with Project Foreman and Homeowner
  • Ensuring service vehicle is adequately stocked
  • Ensuring work is Code-compliant and documented appropriately and accurately
  • Always maintaining a positive and professional workplace
  • Adhering to all COVID safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Valid G Driver’s Licensein good standing
  • Current Criminal Records Check will be required upon hiring
  • Must be flexible with working hours and adaptable to climate changes and conditions /physical surroundings
  • Ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently with little direction
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess an eagerness to learn new skills and procedures
  • Experience in Trades is an asset
