Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- Demolition and Site Preparation: Assist with the dismantling of existing structures, prepare sites for renovation, and conduct clean-up tasks to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Material Handling: Carry materials and tools to and from the work site efficiently and safely.
- Construction Tasks: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to project specifications. Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
- Installation: Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and moldings with precision and attention to detail.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from varying job sites.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
