Duties of this LEAP Job Posting: We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen located on beautiful Lake of the Woods. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in producing consistent, quality food.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Work efficiently during peak service hours in a high-volume setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
