Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a Registered Nurse (RN) nearing the completion of your NP education? We’re seeking passionate individuals who have either completed or are within six months of completing their NP program, eager to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the Kenora community. As an integral part of SCFHT, Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care. Your duties include working in a primary care setting to the full scope of practice as outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN-EC (Extended Class)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary primary healthcare team
- Strong clinical, organizational, interpersonal, assessment, and prioritization skills
