- Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of working in a team environment and the importance of the Customer.
- Reacts immediately to issues requiring attention during the shift
- Ensure all work policies/procedures are followed during shift
- Reports to Manager on team member performance
- Responsibility of operations while on shift
- Ensuring customers are being served accordingly
- Ensuring all tasks are being completed and assigning out when necessary
