Northern Respiratory Centre Inc. was formed in North Bay in 2001 to meet the rapidly growing need for support and education in the field of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Oxygen Therapy. We are a locally owned and operated business that has been helping clients breathe easy and live life to its fullest. We are excited to recruit for an energetic and motivated individual as Patient Care Coordinator for our Kenora, ON location. The Patient Care Coordinator greets incoming clients, responds to phone inquiries, and facilitates equipment delivery ensuring patient safety. Our employees work directly with home care clients, referral sources and funding agencies to deliver the highest level of care possible.

We work closely with our clients, their physicians and clinical partners/professionals, collaborating to provide the support needed to achieve positive outcomes. We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is ultimately a success story. To achieve this, we sell only the top CPAP products from the best manufacturers. Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Responsible for expanding awareness of Northern Respiratory in Kenora.
  • Contribute to the growth of Northern Respiratory by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Daily activities such as booking appointments, fitting services, and providing demonstration/education of
    products and services to prospective clients.
  • Obtain informed consent to access funding and initiate therapy.
  • Protect clients and employees by adhering to safety and infection control policies and protocols.
  • Attend workshop/education sessions to ensure product knowledge is current.
  • Prepare administrative documents, reports, receipts and collect payments.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in healthcare field an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
