Titan is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with our expanding portfolio of construction projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager the Position will assist with scheduling, surveying, estimating, site documentation, tracking and reporting.

Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Provide support to the project team on multiple projects.
  • Monitor and update project schedule and budgets.
  • Monitor Tender Sites, and review tender documents and assist in tender packages.
  • Coordinate, oversee and document daily operations on various project sites.
  • Prepare professional communication documents for clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure project compliance with Titans’ OH&S management policies and all applicable provincial regulations.
  • Perform survey tasks on-site including but not limited to pre-construction and post-construction as-builts, site layout and grade control.
  • Coordinate, oversee and document project QA/QC efforts
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management or Construction Engineering degree
  • (E.I.T., C.E.T.), or significant on the job experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Heavy Civil Construction estimating, contracting, budgets, scheduling, and QA/QC considered an asset.
  • Strong professional level verbal and written communication skills is essential.
  • Solid analytical, critical decision-making skills with excellent ability to think on your feet and effectively adapt to changing priorities.
  • Superior organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail to successfully take ownership and manage heavy workloads in a challenging work environment.
  • Must be able and willing to travel to multiple job sites across Northwestern Ontario, occasionally overnight – company vehicle or kilometer reimbursement made available.
  • Ability to work long hours and various shifts include nights and/or weekends depending on
  • project deadlines and scheduling requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office (word, excel), MS Project scheduling.
  • Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software considered an asset.
  • Working on project construction site(s) or in an office setting usually working in a site trailer
  • Must have a full G license, or equivalent driver’s license.
