As a Sales Associate, you work with the retail team to drive revenue by providing exceptional client experience, product knowledge, and presenting a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment.
- Welcome new customers to ensure a positive experience
- Consistently provide an exceptional client experience to customers
- Be a store ambassador by keeping up with the latest arrivals, product knowledge and wearing current merchandise
- Product Knowledge: Understand and educate our customers on Seasons’ product features
- Store Maintenance: Maintain proper display and presentation of merchandise in the store
- Stock Management: Monitor store inventory to ensure the right quantity of stock is on the sales floor
- Social Media Management: Promote the store and new products on Instagram and Facebook
- Take accountability and follow through with all Customer Services that includes holds, special orders and pick-ups
- Cash Desk Operations: Accurately process customer transactions while maintaining excellent customer engagement. Computer skills necessary.
- Retail Environment: Support the maintenance of the retail environment to ensure customers enjoy a safe and comfortable shopping experience that is clean and functional
- Ability to present ideas, recommendations and knowledge in a professional, organized, simple and understandable way; respond to business requests in a prompt, efficient and service-oriented and courteous way.
- Display professional conduct overall and consistently, maintain objectivity, discretion and confidentiality.
