Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
We are looking for hard working individuals with a willingness to learn and who enjoy working outside. The duties include summarizing stored boats, minor maintenance of boats and delivery of watercrafts to the customers/marinas. Employees assist with service calls during the summer season. Fall duties include boat pickups, winterizing and shrink-wrapping boats. Assorted shop duties include assisting with inventory, cleaning shop, maintaining storage lot, parts pickups etc.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Applicant must: have a valid driver’s license
- A valid Ontario boating license and boating experience is an asset
- Be able to work within proximity of water
- Proficiency in using tools and strong interest in mechanics
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
