Duties of this LEAP Job Posting:
- General public cleaning and trash pickup of the interior and exterior of the property
- General maintenance repairs of the interior and exterior of the property
- Reliable vehicle to transport garbage, and materials to complete any other necessary job duties with the required vehicle
- Plan and organize daily requirements for maintenance and repairs
- Work with the Supervisor and the General Manager to ensure that the building is in good condition and perform repairs accordingly
- General “jack of all trades” knowledge including but not limited to drywalling, plumbing, and carpentry.
Qualifications for this LEAP Job Posting:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
- Must have a basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and general construction
- Must have good organizational and time-management skills
- Must be responsible, independent, dependable and competent
- Fit for work
